The Five Minute Golf Practice golf instruction system is available to golf instructors to incorporate into their teaching methods, allowing them to help their time-challenged students find ways to practice between instructional sessions. We’ve heard from certain instructors that one of the challenges with their students’ rate of improvement is that they don’t practice what they’ve learned between lessons. Five Minute Golf Practice will help them find time to practice.

The Five Minute Golf Practice golf instruction system is based on five minute practice sessions focusing on one of the five key areas of the game for five minutes a day, five days a week. By doing this you can keep your game course-ready without going to the range. And if you practice consistently for five weeks or more, you can shave five strokes off your average score!

The five key areas of the game we focus on are:

  • Setup: Grip, Stance and Alignment
  • Full Swing
  • Short Game
  • Putting
  • The Mental Game

Practicing one, two or even three of these key areas for five minutes a day in the comfort of your own home or office can be as effective as going to the range and practicing for 30 minutes, an hour or more. Plus you save travel time and gas!

For example, if you work on:

1 area, 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week = 25 minutes of practice a week
1 area, 5 minutes two times a day, 5 days a week = 50 minutes of practice a week
2 areas, 5 minutes a day each, 5 days a week = 50 minutes of practice a week
2 areas, 5 minutes two times a day each, 5 days a week = 1 hour 40 minutes practice a week
3 areas, 5 minutes a day each, 5 days a week = 1 hour 15 minutes of practice a week
3 areas, 5 minutes two times a day each, 5 days a week = 2.5 hours of practice a week

You get the idea.

We believe if you practice five key areas of the game for five minutes a day, five days a week, you can shave five strokes off your average score in five weeks.
